Shimara holds Masters in Business Administration from the University of Bedfordshire specializing in Marketing.  She is a professional Marketer with training on Neuro Selling.  With over seventeen years industry experience, her areas of expertise as a Consultant are service marketing, market entry and go to market methodologies, new product development, service brands activation and developing successful teams with adventure and experiential leadership techniques. In addition to these areas she conducts training & development programs in the areas of outward bound training, leadership and communications.

She is an energetic and passionate personality who believes in going beyond her best to achieve challenges and motivate others in taking challenges in life.
